An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our courier partner and has left our facility.

Express shipping: a priority service with a faster delivery timeline for urgent requirements.
Free shipping: when applicable, it follows the same delivery timeline as Standard Delivery.

A flat ₹99 applies to standard orders below that threshold; express rates are shown at checkout.

All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility in Haryana, India.
The final delivery timeline varies based on the distance of the destination from Haryana and the accessibility of the delivery address.
Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details. Estimated delivery dates provided by couriers are indicative and not guaranteed.
Important notes
We use independent courier partners. While we coordinate closely with them, the physical delivery process is managed entirely by these external agencies.
We cannot fully control shipping time in India when affected by courier disruptions, weather, or logistical challenges.
Our responsibility is to ensure order dispatch within 1–3 business days. Once the package is with the courier, the timeline is subject to their operational capacity.
